Year End Stuff

This week's posts will be random year end stuff. A sort of inventory of what I have accomplished and failed, memorable moments and stuff. Sort of new years resolutions and stuff would be good.

So let's start with something pretty obvious. The whole weight loss thing. I haven't been too active about it this year, but hey... I didn't gain. I actually went down a little bit in the past two weeks. I think that was because I was working a little too hard, not eating, and being a bit sick. So apprently the way to calculate a goal weight is to try to lose 10% of your weight. So I'm looking at a little more then 17 pounds for the next year? That's nothing. I can totally do that. It's the toning I'm going to need work on. So the three things I need to do are to eat breakfast every day, run 10 miles a week, and do 100 crunches everyday. I'll also start doing yoga to tone other parts and make myself flexible. yeah. Doesn't sound too bad. So that's the combination of stuff I know worked and things I can add to make it better.

Pretty good example I think. And no, I'm not just writing this for an example. I'm actually going to do it. In fact, since I woke up to early today I think I'll go jog for a bit, then have breakfast. I've got loads to do today, and I feel like I can take anything on. I think I'm finally turing a bit more optimistic.
